Mai [[1677]]: Boichumb. <br /> :Auf die von Johan Herentrey zu Börnicke, Eingesessener des Gerichts Castrop, gegen den Freiherrn von Palandt zur [[Schadeburg]] vorgebrachten Anklage, dass dieser ihm 2 Pferde weggenommen habe, hat Georgh Villebrandt Kumpsthoff, Dr. beider Rechte, Kurf. Brandenb. Richter des Amts Bochum, am 9. Februar [[1675]] einen Spruch gefällt, dass die beiden Pferde zurückgestellt werden sollen;<br /> :in betreff der beiderseitigen Streitpunkte hat der oben genannte Richter am 16. April [[1676]] den Spruch gefällt, dass Palandt an Herentrey 27 Reichstaler zu zahlen und die beiden Pferde zu ersetzen; <br /> :da Palandt nicht zahlt, wird Herentrey durch den Landmeister Bernard Steinhorst in die Palandt zugehörige neue Wiese zu [[Teilung des Börniger Bruchs und der Börniger Voeden 1823|Bornekerbroich]] immittiert am 8. Oktober [[1676]], welche Immission zu verschiedenen Terminen, zuletzt am 28. Mai [[1677]], bestätigt wird.
