Das damals an der Rathausstraße 2 gelegene Objekt - auf dem Gutenbergplatz befand sich bis zur Einweihung des neuen Rathaus das als Rathaus dienende [[Rathaus Herne (1897-1912)|Schulgebäude]] - wurde 1905/06 vom Rentner Wilhelm Schaum, vom Zechenbeamten Johann Schaum und vom Stadtbaumeister Ernst Schubert bewohnt.<br /> <br /> Ein noch vorhandenes ehem.
