Juni 1900, gestorben am 29. März 1920 in Hullern) <br /> <br /> Gustav Breuning starb am 29.März 1920 in Hullern in der Nähe von Haltern. Es war der erste Tag einer erneuten Massenstreikwelle, diesmal gegen ein Ultimatum der Reichswehrtruppen unter General von Watter aus Münster. Offenbar war Breuning daran beteiligt einen Panzerzug der Reichswehr anzugreifen und mit Erfolg kampfunfähig zu machen. Die Arbeiter sollten ihre Waffen <br /> an die putschtreuen Truppen übergeben. Da sie sich weigerten, wurden sie von der Reichswehr angegriffen und niedergemacht. <br /> <br /> &#039;&#039;&#039;Der Herner Anzeiger berichtet am 7.
